Sales Development Representative

Your mission
Working within a fast paced, growing SaaS business, we require sales pros with an energetic and dedicated attitude. You’ll be introducing the Evaluagent brand and services to prospective new customers and engaging at all levels of a business, so you need great communication skills and the confidence to break down doors.
 
Your responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing new business opportunities, following up on leads, and making introductions to relevant members of the Evaluagent sales team.
 
Target driven, “hungry,” and motivated, the role is perfect for people eager to challenge themselves in a growing, vibrant, and exciting industry with a product that is proving hugely popular with our target market. This is a home-based role so you need self-discipline and the ability to manage your own workload ‘in the moment’.

Primary Responsibilities:
 
  • Self-Generating new business contacts and leads via cold calling, social media, and networking
  • Calling Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to secure demos and disco calls
  • Capturing contact and company information with CRM system
  • Interact with prospects via telephone, email, and social media
  • Qualify prospects' budgetary information, decision making processes, specific solution needs, and timelines for projects
  • Provide information to the sales team and ensure correct follow up takes place
  • Provide feedback and analysis of lead quality to Marketing team
  • Maintaining a high-level knowledge of Evaluagent’s products and service

Your profile
Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a business development role
  • Confidence and enthusiasm
  • Experience of working with MQLs and converting to qualified meetings
  • Tenacity towards outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload
 
Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of SaaS/B2B Tech market
  • Knowledge of IT, Business Software and CRM
