Your mission
We’re recruiting for home based (UK) Account Executives with SaaS experience to join our team with an immediate start. 

It is essential for this position that you have worked in SaaS sales for 2 years and have at least 6 months of working within a contact centre environment. 

You'll be someone who thrives within the agile and dynamic nature of a scale-up environment; have a talent and passion for both inbound and outbound pipeline development and hugely important to us, have a natural mindset of curiosity and a passion for people.

  • A salary in the region of £55-£65K based on your previous experience with uncapped commission

Your profile
Role Overview
You'll be selling an established and innovative product that is proving hugely popular with our target market and you’ll build your pipeline through identifying new prospects as well as further developing existing prospects. This will be 50/50 split between inbound/outbound.

Over the last couple of years, we’ve seen treble-digit growth in terms of client numbers and revenue, and we’ve an exciting product roadmap for 2023 which includes AI, automation, text as well as speech analytics.

It's likely you’re someone who thrives within the agile and dynamic nature of a scale-up environment; has experience and a passion for both inbound and outbound pipeline development and hugely important to us, has a natural mindset of curiosity and a passion for people.

To succeed its likely you'll have

  • At least 2-3 years experience of SaaS sales is essential
  • Ideally a minimum of 6 months of working within a contact centre environment
  • Outbound and Inbound experience- ideally a 50/50 split 
  • Empathy for contact centre agents and an understanding of agent pain points
  • The ability to work autonomously with a focus on supporting customers' business goals
  • An aptitude and passion for learning software and the ability to communicate this in non-technical terms
  • Experience of start-ups / scale-up businesses with the acumen to thrive within this environment
  • An attentive approach to work, someone who will be on top of the admin side of the role without too many reminders
  • Experience of working from home and have a productive home-office environment and be a self-starter
